The Medical Director of the Kingsbury Pavilion - Norris Cotton Cancer Center (KP-NCCC) at Cheshire Medical Center Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CMC/D-H) will have oversight and leadership of Hematology, Oncology, and Radiation Oncology care at the facility, and at the center's satellite practices at Monadnock Community Hospital and Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, through dual administrative and clinical roles. It is an expectation that this position will provide direct patient care approximately 75% of the time. Administrative responsibilities are in the areas of leadership, quality and patient safety, policy development, regulatory compliance, and communication with key constituencies. The position is accountable for all aspects of a comprehensive cancer program to include direct care, education, end-of-life services, and in collaboration with Primary Care and other Medical Home departments, cancer screening and prevention.

The Medical Director of KP-NCCC works collaboratively with CMC/D-H administration and nursing, and reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer. The position follows and is responsible to the leadership of the Norris Cotton Cancer Center of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health (DHH).
