General Nephrology job in Washington; seeking candidates available for an immediate or 2019 start.

Rapidly growing four-physician practice in Everett, WA, a short drive from Seattle. We are seeking a candidate with strong clinical skills and interest in working with a team focused on providing the best quality of care to their patients. We can offer a friendly work environment that maintains a good balance between work and personal life, while still seeing a large volume of patients. Coverage is to one hospital and services are consultative only. We offer weekly rotations and regional divisions to maximize time with patients and minimize driving. Call coverage is divided equally among the physicians, including a local practices participation, making call 1:6 with the new physician.
Everett is a great place to live and work. The area has a thriving aerospace and technology industry. Nestled along the coast of the Pacific on Port Gardner Bay. Homes are affordable, schools are great, and there are numerous recreational activities available. Everett has more than 40 parks with miles of hiking, running and biking trails. Additionally, there is access to Cascade and Olympic Mountain ranges, lakes, rivers, Whidbey and San Juan Islands. Seattle is a mere 25 miles south and easily accessible for anything else you might need but we are confident everything you need is available in the beautiful and bountiful city of Everett.
We are seeking a candidates with strong clinical skills, motived and friendly. Must be BC/BE in nephrology and have a current Washington medical license or eligible to get one. We offer a competitive salary guarantee with many great benefits, including medical, dental, 401k w/matching, PTO, CME, dues, subscriptions and other related fees, as well as relocation. There is potential for bonuses for sign-on, retention, quality and profitability.
