The Department of Radiology at Geisinger Health System, a national leader in quality, innovation, research and education, is seeking a fellowship trained, Body Imaging Radiologist to join our system-wide team of 90+ Radiologists. This position is located in Danville, PA.

The Thoracoabdominal imaging section consists of 18 radiologists across the across the system providing imaging services with state-of-the-art equipment and support, including 3T MRI, Tera Recon thin client, dedicated 3D lab, and 3D printing.

The successful candidate is board certified, fellowship trained in Body Imaging, and eligible for licensure in the State of Pennsylvania. This candidate is also proficient in all aspects of abdominal imaging including MR, CT, Ultrasound and GI Fluoroscopic studies. Participation in multidisciplinary conferences is required.

GEISINGER MEDICAL CENTER: (GMC), located in Danville, Pennsylvania, the largest tertiary/quaternary care teaching hospital in the region, is licensed for 475 beds, including 89 pediatric beds in the Janet Weis Children's Hospital. GMC, a Magnet Hospital, maintains the region's only Level I Regional Resource Trauma Center with additional qualifications in pediatrics. GMC offers an array of highly specialized medical and surgical services, including neurosciences, cardiovascular services, transplantation, women's health (in the Women's Pavilion), oncology and orthopaedics. The Hospital for Advanced Medicine serves as an integrated center for the most critical patients. Outpatient services are available on and off campus.
