Portland, Oregon - Seeking an experienced physician leader, preferred board-certified in both Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology, to act as medical director for a group of 27 pathologists and PhDs employed by an integrated health system. Successful candidate will be a respected clinician with excellent clinical and research skills as well as demonstrated leadership abilities and proven success in leading a diverse, complex and well-balanced department. New medical director will provide leadership to such varied groups as Genomic Molecular Pathology, Cytopathology, Neuropathology, Surgical Pathology, Dermatopathology, Hematopathology, Renal Pathology, Breast Pathology, GI Pathology and Lung Pathology.
