- Outpatient practice with 8 providers- designated Level 3 NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home
- 128 bed non profit community hospital
- Excellent salary plus generous sign on bonus
- 32 hours per week or 24 hours with academic affiliation
- Call 1:8
- Located in southeast Massachusetts, just 45 minutes to Boston and 15 minutes to Providence
