Neurology Physician

Portland, Oregon - The Providence Brain & Spine Institute (PBSI), a center of excellence within Providence Health & Services, is seeking a General Neurologist to join the Providence Neurological Specialties Milwaukie clinic. PBSI is the Northwest's premier neurosciences program, with established neuroscience programs including MS, Stroke, ALS, Parkinson's, epilepsy, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, neuroradiology, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, neuroimaging, and gamma knife. This Neurologist will join a busy general neurology practice with referral connections to other neurologic sub-specialists, neurosurgeons, and a large primary care network. The practice is predominantly outpatient with minimal inpatient responsibilities, located in a high-quality clinic and hospital. The practice includes one other general neurology physician, and this position is a replacement for a retiring long-time practitioner. The Providence Brain & Spine Institute is a renowned neuroscience center focused on leading neurological innovative care models and clinical research. The Institute specializes in stroke and acute rehab, neurosurgery, orthopedic spine, MS, dementia, ALS, epilepsy and other clinical and research programs. The Institute is partnered with the broader Providence Medical Group (PMG) representing more than 70 clinics across this diverse and scenic state. PMG's 550-plus Oregon providers have a wide range of clinical expertise, including Family and Internal Medicine, Women's Health, Dermatology, General Surgery, Neurology and Hospital Medicine.
