Want to provide challenging and meaningful work for the good of every patient? Join our Neurosurgery department in the collegiate town of Lafayette, IN! We are seeking a community Neurosurgeon with strong clinical skills willing to grow and sustain a community practice with established partner. There is plenty of growth opportunity with dominant primary care base in the community and surrounding counties. Biggest portion of practice will be in spine with some cranial and some trauma. Hospital is currently a level III trauma designation.

Position Details:
  • Full Time
  • Days (Mon-Fri; 8-5)
  • 1:3 call schedule. (Cover 2 hospitals for neurosurgical call)
  • 70% Outpatient/ 30% Inpatient
  • 95% Clinical / 5% academic
  • Newly integrated IU Health practice that has been in the community for >20 years.
  • Strong patient base
  • Level III Trauma

Qualifications:
  • Must be BC/BE
  • Open to current residents/fellows
  • Provider must have strong communication and teamwork skills, patient-centered, and willing to grow neurosurgery program with current team.

Compensation Details:
