A hospital based in California is in need of an OB/GYN physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three and a half months beginning in late July with a high chance of extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between eight and twelve patients aged 18+ for a variety of cases including deliveries/C-sections, emergent women's procedures and other standard OB/GYN follow ups. This opening has full-time hours where the locum will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 24 hour call. This facility uses Cerner EMR and will provide paid training.
