The Northwell Health Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine is seeking a Director for the Medical ICU at Long Island Jewish Medical Center (LIJMC). Fellowship training and Board Certification in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine as well as at least five years of experience is required. The Director will be expected to provide clinical, educational, and administrative leadership for our MICU and to participate in our Acute Lung Injury/ECMO program. The Division hosts a Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship program with active involvement of fellows, medical residents, and students. An academic appointment at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra-Northwell is provided.

Salary Disclosure

Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125K to $750K, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, level of experience, quality of care, academic accomplishments, patient experience and productivity. The base compensation range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
