• Seeking FP or IM for Outpatient practice
• Outpatient Family Practice busy on day one
• Beautiful Office space with all ancillary services and medical specialties
• Replacing physician in established practice
• Work with 1 Nurse Practitioner, adding a second NP
• Affluent patient population in desirable area
• Hospital Employee with no business hassles
