Nephrologist

Overview

St. Luke's Magic Valley is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join our collegial and dedicated team in Twin Falls, ID. Our multi-disciplinary group consists of two board certified nephrologists and an advanced practitioner provider focused on improving our patients' quality of life. Our team offers a full spectrum of nephrologic care for people facing kidney issues such as kidney injury, kidney stones, electrolyte abnormalities, chronic kidney disease, and end-stage renal disease. We also care for patient’s pre and post-kidney transplant and manage the treatment of patients with hypertension. Support from our hospitalist, vascular surgery, and interventional radiology teams is readily available and easily accessible, and there is a 2:3 nursing support ratio. All rounding takes place at one state of the art hospital with our outpatient nephrology clinic located a very short distance from the hospital. Placement of temporary hemo dialysis catheters optional. This opportunity consists of a mixture of inpatient care and outpatient clinic each week. We see patients at three different dialysis centers and provide care for home hemodialysis, in-center HD, and PD.
