Excellent opportunity to join Brigham and Women’s Foxborough Primary Care practice!

The Brigham and Women's Primary practice in Foxboro is located at Patriot Place. The practice is imbedded in a multispecialty building within the beautiful multi-use complex at Gillette Stadium. The physician may be paired with a Physician Assistant to help manage the panel and in baskets, and must be able to work effectively and efficiently with APCs. This is a team-based care model that has Social Work, Care Coordination Nurses, RNs, and Population Health teams on site daily. The right candidate would be looking for a strong collegial team with a strong academic background.

This internal medicine physician group provides health screening, comprehensive diagnostic work-ups, treatment, and long-term care. Outpatient laboratory, radiology and specialty services are available on site. We offer:
