Nephrology job in Southern California; seeking candidates available for a 2019 or 2020 start.
Summary:
Join a busy two-physician, 100% nephrology practice in Southern California. Our practice has been serving the community for more than a decade. Victorville offers short commute times, affordable housing and easy access to multiple larger metropolitan areas, beaches and mountains. In 90 minutes or less you can be skiing in Big Bear, surfing in Manhattan Beach or shopping in downtown Los Angeles. Other area activities include, boating, water skiing, skiing, snowboarding, camping, fishing and off road adventures such as four-wheeling and dirt bike riding.
The new physician would benefit from an immediate patient base, competitive salary and path to partnership, including the potential to be a medical director. Additionally, we are offering a sign on bonus, great benefits and the potential for a productivity bonus. Schedules are flexible and drive time between area hospitals and dialysis locations are short.
Interested physicians should be licensed in California, BC/BE in nephrology and have excellent clinical and communication skills. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Additionally, the new physician must self-motivated and have a friendly disposition.
