A hospital based in Michigan is in need of a pediatric hospitalist who is able to proved locum tenens coverage for seven days starting in early June. On the job, the locum can expect to see three newborns and up to eight peds per day for a variety of cases: Level 1 routine newborn care, attendance at C-sections and high-risk deliveries plus inpatient w/o ICU coverage. The provider will perform rounding from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and then locum will provide night call coverage from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. This facility uses Meditech EHR.
