A hospital in Mississippi is seeking a pulmonary critical care physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for fifty days starting in early May over a span of three months with a chance of extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between eighteen and twenty-five adult patients of all ages for all ICU procedures, round in ICU/CCU each morning, inpatient pulm consults, but NO outpatient. Candidates must be comfortable with all procedures in ICU, doing IP pulm consults and taking calls. Experience with BC/BE pulm is required and experience with BC CC is a plus. The locum will be on 24 hour call. This facility uses Meditech EHR and will provide paid training.
