A hospital in Kansas is looking for a pulmonary critical care physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three months starting in mid-April with a chance of extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between eight and twelve adult patients for a variety of cases including standard outpatient pulm and ICU call. This opening has full-time hours where the locum is expected to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday plus weekend call coverage for the ICU at the hospital. Experience with sleep medicine is preferred. This facility uses Athenahealth EMR and will provide paid training.
