The Medicus Firm is proud to conduct a national search for a pediatric surgeon-in-chief and division director for one of the nation's leading healthcare systems, that includes 49 hospitals and 900 sites.
A community centrally located to 4 major cities; this area serves a population of over 500,000. The area enjoys low cost of living and is surrounded by some of the nation's most beautiful lakes.
The institution is seeking a dynamic physician leader to lead the growing pediatric surgery division that completed almost 1200 surgeries last year. Major responsibilities include:
Assist with strategic leadership and collaborate with all pediatric-surgical specialty services.
Aggressively grow and increase market share for the pediatric surgical services for the region.
Build upon the established outreach program to support the strategic growth.
Responsible for improving, maintaining quality, safety and OR efficiency.
