A hospital in Kentucky needs an interventional cardiologist who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately one month starting in late September or late October with a possible extension. On a typical day, the provider will see between 10 and 12 adult and geriatric patients for stress tests, echos, emergency stemis, diagnostic heart catheters, stent placements, angioplasties, PCI without surgical backup, and urgent cases in the ER. This position will require the locum to provide 24-hour call coverage. This facility uses the Meditech EHR and will provide training.
