Healthcare system in Hartford, CT seeks to hire 21 family medicine/internal medicine physicians.
Healthcare system in Hartford, CT seeks to hire 21 family medicine/internal medicine physicians.
- Group operates 16 practices in and around the Hartford area.
- All sites are equipped with electronic medical records.
- About half the sites have extended evening and weekend hours.
- Many are open from 8A to 8P, Mon thru Fri, 9A to 5P on Sat, and 10A to 4P on Sun.
- Around 95% of patients are scheduled. There is a small walk-in volume.
- Physicians generally see 20 patients in a normal 8 hour day.
- Physicians will typically see patients 36 hours per week.
- Physicians generally work one evening per week and one weekend per month..
- Very competitive compensation - $170K to $185K plus full benefit package.
- Most physicians make in the $200K to $210K range once established.
- Beautiful city of 125K with service area of 800K
