Faculty Position – Cardiothoracic Surgeon

In this dynamic position, the Cardiothoracic Surgeons will play a key role in the development of the advanced heart failure, lung, and heart/lung transplantation program.  This full-time clinical position is at the Assistant Professor level, with opportunity to work in a highly interactive environment with CV Surgeons and cardiologists in a collaborative environment in the Texas Medical Center with a primary focus in our southeast area practice. This position will provide flexibility to accommodate both research and clinical interests for the applicant. A medical degree is required for this position. Successful candidates must have a medical degree and have passed specialty Boards in thoracic surgery with no less than two years of experience in general cardiothoracic surgery.
