Duke Neurosurgery and The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center, in concert with Duke Cancer Institute, are seeking an active clinician at the Associate Professor or Professor level to join a cranial practice with a high volume of intra-axial tumors. Qualified candidates will have a MD or MD/PhD. A fellowship in Neurosurgical Oncology may be a plus, but is not required. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent surgical skills, a passion for education, and a demonstrated record of scholarly contributions.

A national leader in research, patient care, and education, Duke Neurosurgery and colleagues in the Brain Tumor Center evaluate more than 800 new adult brain tumor patients per year and approximately 75 new pediatric brain tumor patients per year. Established in 1937, Duke's Brain Tumor Center has become one of the best pediatric and adult neuro-oncology programs in the world—leading the way in comprehensive care that combines research breakthroughs, clinical trials and the newest therapies.

Duke Neurosurgery offers generous compensation and benefits including college tuition assistance for dependent children. Faculty rank and compensation will be commensurate with training and experience.
