Mayo Clinic announces a search for the next Department Chair of Pain Medicine at the Mayo Clinic Florida campus in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates must have a proven track record of leadership, high quality patient centered clinical care, innovation, and academic accomplishments (academic rank of full professor preferred).

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide strategic direction to the service lines of Interventional Pain Medicine, Spine Care, Pain Rehabilitation, and Regenerative Medicine in collaboration with other sites and departmental leaders.
• Work effectively and collaboratively with expert clinicians and scientists in order to achieve high quality of patient care and patient satisfaction.
• Support the academic training of medical students, residents, and fellows in conjunction with the fellowship director.
• Optimize research and innovation in the department.

Candidates must have completed an accredited fellowship in Pain Medicine and possess or be eligible for Florida medical licensure.
