A multi-specialty clinic based in Wisconsin is looking for a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately four months beginning in early May with a high chance of extension for three to six months. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between ten and twelve patients, mostly adults for a variety of cases including Bread & Butter, PM& R, New Evals and follow ups. This opening has full-time hours where the locum will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This facility uses Epic EMR and will provide paid training.
