The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Duke University is seeking an outstanding individual to serve as Chief of the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine. The Division has a long tradition of high-quality clinical care for women with high risk pregnancies, outstanding research and nationally recognized education programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of 13 MFM specialists, a state-of-art Fetal Diagnostic Center, 2 regional perinatal clinics, a labor and delivery unit serving as a regional referral center for the highest levels of specialty maternal and fetal care, an ACGME approved Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship program and world-class clinical and translational research programs.
Qualifications for the individual for this position include: board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, current academic rank of either Professor or Associate Professor; excellent clinical, leadership, administrative, fiscal, interpersonal and mentoring skills; and a strong record of research productivity and leadership.
