- 25 bed critical access hospital
- 7 on 7 off schedule - Chief role is 100% Clinical
- Strong sub-specialty backup and no procedures required- no ICU
- Base salary $240,000 plus Chief Stipend and bonus incentives
- Generous benefit package includes a two Path to Partnership
