Assistant Professor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The Medical College of Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Professor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to make contributions to the Department of Radiology, Division of Diagnostic Radiology in the areas of teaching, patient care, research, and administration/service. Teaching responsibilities will primarily be devoted to working with the residents and fellows on a day-to-day basis during performance of procedures and interpretation of images. Other activities may include lectures and teaching conferences for faculty from clinical departments, residents, fellows, and medical students. Patient care responsibilities will take place at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend, and Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls to provide radiology interpretation services. All faculty members are encouraged, as their interests and collaborations develop, to participate in research and other scholarly activities as their time permits. Also will be expected to participate, to the extent reasonably called upon, in administrative and/or service functions of the Department or on Department or MCW committees.

The position requires an MD or equivalent foreign degree, successful completion of residency training in radiology, and licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the state of Wisconsin.
