The Department of Pediatrics invites applications for a faculty position within the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
Eligible candidates must hold an MD or MD/PhD degree and be board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology by the American Board of Pediatrics.
The individual selected will join the Division of Hematology/Oncology to provide patient care, teaching, and in-patient and out-patient consultative services as a pediatric hematologist with a specific interested in hemostasis/thrombosis and vascular malformations. The Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology includes a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers who are actively involved in both clinical care and research activities. The comprehensive clinics provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population with disorders of hemostasis/thrombosis, hemoglobinopathies, bone-marrow failure, and immune-hematology. Our mission is to provide excellence in clinical care and patient safety, to facilitate growth and advancement in the areas of training and education, and to pursue patient-oriented research in pediatric endocrine disorders.
