Academic Pediatric Neurologist
Connecticut Children's Medical Center, a nationally recognized, 187-bed not-for-profit children’s hospital in Hartford, Connecticut is seeking an Academic Pediatric Neurologist. The chosen candidate will join our Division of Neurology, which includes nine Pediatric Neurologists and 2 APRNs.
Our division leads specialty programs in the evaluation and treatment of epilepsy, neuromuscular diseases, neurodevelopmental conditions, neurogenetic/metabolic and neurocutaneous diseases, demyelinating conditions, and headaches.
Connecticut Children’s Medical Center is the primary pediatric teaching hospital for the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, has a teaching partnership with the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University and is a research partner of Jackson Laboratory. The successful candidate will receive an appointment at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and the opportunity exists to participate in clinical research. Board-certified and board-eligible candidates with interest in general or specialized neurology are encouraged to apply. Sub-specialty interests in neuro-oncology, neuro-immunology, movement disorders or sleep medicine would receive a priority but not required.
