Psychiatry opportunity in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group seeks a full-time Adult or General Psychiatrist to join our expanding behavioral health team at Saint Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Join a collaborative team working within a 12-bed, adult inpatient unit. This is a tight-knit group staffed with three physicians, three APRNs, an occupational and group therapist, and a full social work team dedicated to the mental health, wellness and insurance utilization for our patients. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and plenty of opportunities to earn extra income with weekend shifts.
The successful candidate should be a BC/BE Psychiatrist or Adult Psychiatrist, preferably with experience or interest in addiction medicine. Experience is preferred, but recent graduates with an interest in inpatient psychiatric care will also be considered. Spanish speaking candidates are also preferred.
