Position Description

Issaquah, Washington--The Swedish Cancer Institute (SCI) is seeking a part-time Medical Oncology physician to join our established, productive and growing multidisciplinary practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, with active engagement in oncology clinical trials, along with some disease site/sites focus. At SCI Issaquah you will have access to a full service outpatient cancer center, to include: a medical oncology clinic; infusion center; radiation oncology; relevant surgical services; and a robust menu of supportive care services. The Swedish Cancer Institute is the premier cancer care and clinical research center in the region. The Institute, founded in 1932, now includes more than 150 Swedish affiliated oncologists and oncology surgeons throughout the region. Location Description

Issaquah, population 30,000, is a scenic suburb of Seattle, located just east of the city on the south end of Lake Sammamish. With three mountains (Tiger, Squak and Cougar) surrounding it and state parks minutes away, it feels much farther from the urban center than it really is.
