Non-invasive Cardiology Physician

Position Description

Seaside, Oregon - The Providence Heart Institute in Oregon has a practice opportunity for a full-time non-invasive cardiologist on the northern Oregon coast. Primary clinical responsibilities include a busy outpatient clinic and consultative services for hospitalized patients. Providence Seaside Hospital has 25 beds with active medical staff of more than 160 providers. A full complement of non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing is available on-site. The cardiology practice on the Northern Oregon Coast includes an established general cardiologist, an experienced physician assistant and office staff. The cardiologists will work closely and collaboratively with a large group of cardiologists, cardiac and vascular surgeons based in Portland as well as a multi-specialty group of providers and hospitalists in Seaside. Facility Description

The Providence Heart Institute is a truly integrated cardiovascular service line with more than 80 highly skilled specialists serving multiple hospital and clinic locations throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Each year, more than 15,000 patients benefit from the latest advances in diagnosis and treatment. The Institute is the hub of vast data registries in cardiovascular care, providing unique opportunities for data mining, outcomes research and the development of predictive analytic tools. Their primary data registry, the Center for Cardiovascular Analytics, Research and Data Science (CARDS), is led by a nationally renowned cardiovascular biostatistician and a dedicated staff.
