The Abramson Cancer Center at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the tenure track. The successful applicant will be accomplished in the area of BRCA-related cancers and complement existing strengths in genome Integrity, mouse models, tumor genetics, and clinical therapeutics. Applicants must have an M.D. and/or Ph.D degree.

The Basser Center for BRCA is seeking outstanding applicants who have achieved success in the areas broadly related to BRCA-related cancers. Successful candidates are expected to have demonstrated high quality scholarship through publication in peer-reviewed journals and independent research funding. In addition, such candidates must have a strong commitment to the graduate and medical education missions of the Medical School. The faculty appointment will be in a department in the School of Medicine that is consistent with the scientific expertise of the successful candidate. Applicants must have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and (if applicable) clinical care.

The Basser Center for BRCA was established at Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center in 2012 as the first comprehensive center for the research, treatment, and prevention of BRCA-related cancers. More information on the Basser Center for BRCA can be found at (https://www.basser.org).
