A pain center in Arizona is in need of a pain management physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for the month of August with a potential extension. On this assignment, the provider will work two clinic days and two procedure days each week, seeing 25 to 30 patients in the clinic and 20 to 25 for procedures on their respective days. The locum will see cases including stellate ganglion block, spinal cord stimulation trials, epidural steroid injections, lumbar sympathetic block, transforaminal injections, and other aspects of pain management medicine. The provider's hours will vary depending on whether they are working the clinic or procedures and they may work half days on Fridays until 12 p.m. The client prefers a locum who is experienced with the facility's Practice Fusion EMR and Dragon dictation systems.
