The Duke Divisions of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery is seeking a talented Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join its growing network of established community-based faculty practices affiliated with Duke's Heart network. An opportunity is currently available in Lumberton, North Carolina.
Ideal candidates will board certified or board eligible in Thoracic Surgery and have a significant interest in vascular surgery as a component of practice. Candidates must possess superior technical skills, have experience in a community based practice environment, and be dedicated to providing the highest quality patient care.
The program offers incentive-based compensation with an initial income guarantee. A full array of benefits is available, including CME and relocation.
Located in eastern North Carolina on 1-95, Lumberton is midway between New York and Florida. Its central location is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of North and South Carolina to the east, and the rolling Appalachian Mountains to the west.
