Job Details
• Little turnover outside of retiring members
• Cohesive, collegial group of physicians with a team mentality
• New graduates will rise to top 10% income nationally for specialty
• Medical direction and hands-on cases involving hearts, heads and general peds
Top end compensation including a base salary starting between $450,000 - $500,000
• Salary plus incentive bonuses - $625,000 income by Year 3
• 50 Paid Days Off per Year, CME Allowance, Health Benefits, Relocation, Retirement
