This highly regarded community mental health center is seeking a passionate, curious and collaborative Child Adolescent Psychiatry to join their collegial team. Opportunity:

• Primarily an outpatient focused-role with no weekday call coverage
• 16-bed inpatient facility on-site
• The practice strives for continuity with a rich medical record and ongoing patient relationships
• Flexible, create your own schedule with the option of a 4-day work week
• Weekend inpatient call coverage 1:4 shared rotation (low census)
• Opportunity to care for adult patients and perform rapid assessments
• 1-hour new evaluations / 2-3 patient follow-ups per hour
• Amazing support staff, caseworkers, community integration and outreach programs

Requirements/Compensation:

• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Open to a Psychiatrist with experience with caring for pediatric patients or Child Adolescent fellowship-trained Psychiatrist
• IMG and VISA candidates encouraged to apply
• Competitive compensation around $270k with sign-on and relocation bonus
• Full benefits package, CME, PTO, and option for NHSC Facility $100k student loan repayment
