Job Details
Adventist Health White Memorial in partnership with White Memorial Community Health Center (WMCHC) are actively recruiting a part-time/per diem Pediatric Endocrinologist. WMCHC is similar to an FQHC and serves predominantly Medi-Cal patients. The position will serve mostly outpatients with the availability to consult on inpatient cases when on campus.
The neighborhood surrounding the hospital and health center has a high number of patients with pediatric diabetes, genetic and metabolic disorders. These patients have challenges accessing care as there is a lack of pediatric specialty Medi-Cal providers in Los Angeles County.
Both experienced providers and new grads (with appropriate training) are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be Board Certified/Board Eligible, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. This is not a J-1 or H-1B eligible opportunity.
BENEFITS
This position is per diem with no benefits - pay is $800 per day.
