Behavioral Health Medical Director

Bothell, Washington - Seeking a well-qualified, experienced Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine physician leader to act as medical director for a health plan. Part-time position (0.5 FTE). Primarily administrative, but successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to provide clinical care if coverage is needed. Competitive compensation. A minimum of five years of clinical experience required. Experience treating addiction preferred. This position will provide leadership for utilization management and case management for mental health and chemical dependency programs. New medical director will develop scorecard benchmarks for Behavioral Health clinical staff productivity and will ensure that all Behavioral Health programs and policies are in line with industry standards and best practices.
