Washington Permanente Medical Group, the Pacific Northwest's top-rated multi-specialty group, is currently seeking a BE/BC Internist or BE/BC Family Medicine physician, with experience working in Geriatric medicine, to join our group practice. This part-time position (0.5 FTE) consists of rounding at the Manor Care skilled nursing facility in Tacoma.
At WPMG Nursing Home Services we practice high-tech medicine in a high-touch setting, teamed with top-notch ARNPs and superb support staff. The practice offers a blend of sub-acute, post-hospitalization care of very medically complex patients along with continuity care of long-term care patients.
Our practice offers flexibility in scheduling your day as there are no formally scheduled appointments. You'll work hard, but patient visit expectations are reasonable. A dedicated team of 6 MDs and 22 ARNPs practice in a collaborative partnership to provide excellent, evidence-based care to a largely geriatric population in concert with a host of support staff at each facility.
