Family Medicine Physician, 0.8 FTE

Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group- is seeking a Full Time 0.8 FTE Family Medicine Physician to join our Poulsbo Medical Center team in Poulsbo, Washington.

Poulsbo Medical Center is comprised of Family and Internal Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Social Work Services. Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology on site. Office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.

Poulsbo, with a population of 10,210, is located in the northern part of Kitsap County and is 4.5 square miles in area. Liberty Bay and the majestic, snow-peaked Olympic Mountains to the west induced the Scandinavians to settle in Poulsbo because the area was so similar to the fjords of Norway. Experience

Ideal candidate will be BE/BC and have successfully completed a US Residency. Must have an unrestricted Washington State medical license and unrestricted Federal-Issued DEA.
