Western Connecticut Medical Group is seeking an additional full-time, employed, clinical cardiologist interested in both inpatient and outpatient consultative cardiology, to join our busy and growing employed practice. Opportunities available at both Norwalk and Danbury Hospitals. We are located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, about 50 miles outside of New York City. There is opportunity to do General Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Cardiology as we expand services across the Network.

Danbury Hospital's Emergency Department is an accredited Level II Trauma Center, a Stroke Center, and a Chest Pain Center, offering 24-hour interventional cardiology. Cardiac services at the hospital include Nuclear Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Arrhythmia Center. Our Cardiothoracic Program includes TAVR. Norwalk Hospital, a Level II Trauma Center, is accredited as a Stroke Center and certified to provide Emergency Angioplasty for heart attack.

The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in Cardiology and looking to join a dedicated and collegial team, including APRN support. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses as well as relocation.
