Senior Translational Research Scientist - Hematology/Oncology

The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology, and the University of Chicago Medicine Comprehensive Cancer Center are searching for a full-time associate or full professor. The successful applicant will be a nationally or internationally recognized translational researcher in hematology or oncology with a commensurate track record of peer-reviewed publication and funding. The successful applicant will advance his/her own extramurally funded research and work closely with other clinical and research faculty in the University of Chicago Comprehensive Cancer Center to develop a robust discovery and investigative program. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students. Academic rank, tenure, and compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) are dependent upon qualifications.
