Community Inpatient Adult/Geriatric Psychiatry - Medical Director - North of Boston

Hallmark Health, now known as MelroseWakefield Healthcare, is a not-for-profit community healthcare system seeking full-time Psychiatrists in our Adult and Geriatric inpatient units. We are affiliated with Tufts Medical Center and a teaching affiliate of Tufts University School of Medicine. Our system includes the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford.

Position details:

• 34-Bed geriatric inpatient psychiatry unit at Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford
• 22-Bed general adult inpatient psychiatry unit at Melrose-Wakefield Hospital - Medical Directorship position available
• Patient-centered, trauma-informed care, utilizing a holistic approach
• Interdisciplinary teams with experienced and passionate staff
• Broad continuum of care, spanning inpatient and outpatient services
• Treatment of all adult psychiatric conditions in a full-service medical hospital
• Highly regarded and longest running medical-psychiatric program in Massachusetts
• Active inpatient and outpatient ECT service
