Geisinger is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join its well-established Hematology/Oncology group practice located in Hazleton, Pa.The position practice focus is general hematology/oncology, including both benign and malignant diseases. The position also involves both inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities. The facility offers chemotherapy, IV infusions, injections, hydrations, blood transfusions, bone marrow biopsies as well as an on-site lab. The clinic also has a dedicated social worker/patient navigator who is available to help patients navigate their cancer care, providing access to various resources and support systems.
