A Maine hospital is looking for a gastroenterologist who is able to provide locum tenens coverage for three months, beginning in early-September with a potential extension. The provider will be responsible for seeing about 25 adult patients per day, with 15 being from the clinic and the remainder from the hospital. The client is seeking a locum who can see cases involving endoscopy, gastrointestinal with biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder, flexible and rigid sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy as they work four days per week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This facility uses Epic EMR.
