A Barton Associates client in Oregon needs a palliative care physician who can provide locum tenens coverage for approximately three months starting as soon as credentialed through May. The locum will see hospice patients for cancer, heart issues, lung disease, dementia, liver failure, and kidney failure. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between six and 10 patients of all ages. This is a full-time position requiring the locum to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus night call once a month and one weekend per month.
