There is a new locum tenens pediatric physician opportunity now available at a government facility in Arizona. Your assignment schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm, and there are no call requirements. You will see 14-18 patients per day. The electronic medical record system is IHS RPMS. As the covering physician, you must be board certified or board eligible with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. For this assignment, you need to have an active state medical license. Indian Health Service and tribal health care facilities provide a comprehensive health service delivery system for approximately 2.1 million American Indians and Alaska Natives, most of whom live on or near reservations and in rural communities. This government facility accepts your current license, regardless of the location of the facility.
