TeamHealth has an excellent leadership opportunity for a full-time Physician to lead our Emergency Department team at Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, North Carolina. We ask that you be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine,or Emergency Medicine. Candidates have to be Board Certified within 5 years of completion of training or residency. Other requirements include current ACLS, ATLS and PALS certifications. Onslow Memorial Hospital has approximately 68,000 annual ED patient visits and an admission rate of 10%. In addition, there are 60 hours of daily physician coverage, and 48 hours of Advanced Practice Clinician coverage. At Onslow Memorial Hospital, Meditech EMR system is utilized in the ED.
