* Four-day work week caring for patients in the 22-bed hospital, low volume ER, and connected clinic
* Lower patient volume (10-15 patients per day), allows focus on high-quality medicine
* Limited, 1 in 4, going to 1 in 6, ER call
Compensation:
* Exceedingly competitive base salary ($250K-325K) plus up to a $60,000 sign-on bonus
* Compensation for mid-level oversight
