Chehalis, Washington -- Providence Medical Group is seeking an excellent full-time Family Medicine physician to join our growing Chehalis clinic. Join a team of well-established Family Medicine physicians in this medical home modeled practice. Outpatient care only. Ideal candidate will be an experienced physician with a minimum of one to three years of clinical practice.
